Job Description
Level and Scope of Responsibility: Differentiators for this role is to assist the Human Resource Business Partner in executing the Talent Strategy through seamless delivery across the HR Value Chain with the schools.
Start date: 01 January 2026
Key Areas of Responsibility Include:
- Recruitment and Selection: Supporting HR Business Partner with the recruitment processes by managing the recruitment life cycle eg ensuring that every role has a job description, advertising the role, arrange interviews with relevant stakeholders and onboarding on new employees once appointment has been made.
- Operational Effectiveness: Ensuring that relevant processes are in place to guarantee data integrity and that HR admin is completed in accordance with defined standards.
- Performance Management: Supporting HR Business Partner with the performance management processes by managing the performance management life cycle.
- Industrial Relations: Assisting HR Business Partner with any IR matter eg policies and warnings/separation agreements.
- Training and Development: Coordination of training and development and compiling of bursaries.
- Actively contributing to and aligning with HR Projects: Assisting and managing HR Projects.
